Safety Topics

Today in class we were assigned groups to discuss the important topic of science safety. We were given two different worksheets to use as a guide, we used these questions to become more familiar with safety within the classroom. Both worksheets talked about online safety, and what types of activities are appropriate for students to participate in on the web. I think that this activity would be very beneficial for young students learning how to use the Internet because there are many different situations children may be put in when using the Internet as a resource. After we completed the worksheets we worked as a group to find an informational website on science safety.
